The Hoover features a full chromoly frame with responsive geometry, ideal for technical riding. The 25mm offset fork and 9.25" rise chromoly bars ensure precise control. It comes with Haro Baseline parts, including a sealed rear freecoaster hub, and can be ridden with or without brakes.
