The Avian Alloy BMX Race Bars-6.5" are designed to reduce weight with double butted aluminum tubing that allows the bar to be thicker in the area where strength is needed but thinner in area where weight can be reduced. The tapered crossbar increases strength while eliminating as much weight as possible.
