2 – Find a Safe Spot to Ride
An open, flat area to practice without obstacles or distractions is ideal. It's important to have a safe and controlled environment when you're just getting started.
3 – Equipment Check
The right protective gear is always important. Ensure that your helmet, knee and elbow pads, all fit properly and comfortably. Also, make sure to choose a BMX bike that is appropriate for your size and skill level.
