About This Product
The IKON BMX Carbon Rear Rim-20x1.75" is a beautifully engineered, high-end rim. Uses a uni-directional Toray T700 carbon fiber weave for optimal strength. This rim has a V-brake compatible braking surface. As such it is intended to be used as a rear rim. It is also tubeless ready, so if you’d like to save even more weight and ditch the tubes you have the option. It will require a few items to make the conversion, such as a special valve, sealant rim tape, and liquid sealer....and don’t forget the tubeless specific tires. So if you are serious about saving as much weight as possible, and let’s be honest, if you weren’t you wouldn’t be looking at this rim right now, then this is the rim for you.
